No. To make changes to your policy, you must contact your insurance representative.
Does the environment matter to you? It matters to us too. When you choose “100% digital” in the Profile section of the Intact Insurance App or Client Centre, the only paper document we will send you will be your proof of auto insurance. Otherwise, we will notify you by email you concerning every other transaction or change; your insurance documents in Client Centre will then reflect these changes.
