Thanks to your smartphone, Intact Insurance can quickly identify your location and send the services you requested. The services you’re entitled to are automatically authorized through the Intact Insurance app. With the Intact Insurance app, drive worry-free.

In the Intact Insurance app, tap “Assistance” on the home screen.
Step 2

Select “Get Roadside Assistance.”
Step 3

You’ll be asked to enter information about the vehicle and the contact person:

- confirm vehicle location details
- contact information
- your preference for follow-up
- vehicle information.
Step 4

From the range of available services, select the one you need, for example “battery jumpstart.”

Then complete and submit your roadside assistance request according to the instructions.
Step 5

Once the request has been submitted, you will receive a follow-up on the estimated time of arrival of your roadside assistance.
