Coping with COVID-19

We recognize that personal driving habits have changed for many customers since the beginning of the pandemic.

If the number of kilometres you drive has decreased, we can reduce your auto insurance premium for three months. Even if some of you might gradually be going back to normal driving habits, you are still eligible for a premium reduction and there is still time for you to submit your request. You can contact your broker or fill out all the fields in the form below. 

Please note that the last day to request this change is June 30, 2020.

 

If you own a business please call your broker to discuss payment flexibility and premium adjustment options.


If you are a current Intact Insurance customer experiencing financial hardship as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, you can visit our dedicated COVID-19 page and contact your insurance broker to discuss other financial relief measures.
